The path to your success
Future Gérard Perrier Industrie executives come from the field or are recruited from the best engineering and technical schools. Whenever possible, we prefer to promote internally when filling vacancies in positions of responsibility within our company.
All our business unit managers have either worked in production, on sites or in the project offices. They all possess an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the techniques we put into operation for our customers and benefit from a programme of internal training whose budget amounts to 5% of payroll expenditure. The programme covers management, sales and organisation. We have an internal school covering the nuclear domain: ANTA.
